Ginger Plum Salad

  •  3-4 cups cabbage (red, Napa, or white)
  •  2 medium carrots
  •  1 pound sugar snap peas or snow peas
  •  4 scallions
  •  1 bunch red radishes
  •  1 cup steamed bean sprouts
  •  1/2 cup Dressed In Style Ginger Plum Dressing


  • Wash and shred cabbage
  • Slice carrots into thin strips
  • Trim and thinly slice snow peas
  • Slice scallions and radishes
  • Combine all ingredients
  • Toss with Dressed in Style Ginger Plum Dressing and serve.
